Platform Updates
The dashboard has a cleaner, lighter design: a white sidebar and canvas, LexBlog red reserved for active menu items, primary buttons, and focus outlines, and post lists that read as plain text and highlight on hover. Buttons, tabs, and form fields now look consistent from screen to screen, and nothing in the navigation has moved.
Applied the WordPress 7.1.2 security release to keep sites protected.
Firm names and specialized terms weren’t always coming through correctly in the “Listen to this post” audio player. Sites can now set custom phonetic spellings per term, so LXB Voice reads them the way they’re actually meant to sound.
Posts with multiple authors used to be sent to the Library twice to correctly capture co-authors, adding extra time to every publish. That workaround is no longer needed — co-authored posts now publish in a single pass, with no change to how authors display.
Multi-blog subscribe forms could pull in mismatched Mailchimp merge tag fields across blogs, causing subscribe errors on some multi-blog setups. Merge tags are now handled consistently across every blog in the group.
