Eric S. Solotoff

Eric S. Solotoff is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and Family Law Practice Group.  He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Throughout his career, Eric's practice has focused on family law litigation and related matters, such as matrimonial actions; custody; alimony and child support; equitable distribution; paternity; grandparent visitation; domestic violence; negotiation and preparation (prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements, property settlement agreements); enforcement and modification of agreements, orders, and judgments; adoption; rights of cohabitants; litigation, mediation, and arbitration of family law matters; and appellate practice in family law matters.

Laurence J. Cutler

Laurence J. Cutler, a member of the firm's Family Law Practice, has nearly four decades of experience in matrimonial law and related matters. Larry has been extensively involved in nearly every professional family law-related activity. He has served as chair of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and as president and a founding fellow of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He was also a founding fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a founding diplomat of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers and a founding affiliate of the Matrimonial Lawyers Alliance. Larry has been trained and certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as a Matrimonial Mediator and Matrimonial Arbitrator. He has also been a member of four New Jersey Supreme Court Committees and has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney. Larry has written extensively and is co-author of New Jersey Family Law Practice, a five-volume treatise used by virtually every family law judge and lawyer in New Jersey.

Erin D. DeGeorge

Erin D. DeGeorge is a member of the firm's Family Law Practice. Erin represents clients in all stages of family law litigation, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, marital agreements and domestic violence actions.

 

Robert A. Epstein

Robert A. Epstein is a member of the firm's Family Law Practice. He represents clients in all stages of family law litigation including divorce; equitable distribution; custody support; marital agreements; domestic violence actions. Robert also represents management in employment-related litigation.

Sandra C. Fava

Sandra C. Fava is a member of the firm's Family Law Practice. Her practice involves all aspects of family law, including divorce; equitable distribution; custody; support; marital agreements; domestic violence actions. Sandra represents clients in all stages of family law litigation.

Jennifer Weisberg Millner

Jennifer Weisberg Millner focuses her practice on all aspects of matrimonial and family law.  In 2006, Jennifer was appointed to the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women, which acts as a liaison among community organizations, associations, and groups working to improve the status of women in Mercer County, New Jersey. She has taught Family Law for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Apple Sulit-Peralejo

Apple Sulit-Peralejo focuses her practice in matrimonial/family law litigation, handling matters including divorce (litigation, settlement negotiations, equitable distribution of assets, alimony); custody (parenting time, child support); premarital agreements; domestic violence.
